Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Coding Now – Gurukul of AI, operated by Innovative AI Solutions, registered in Delhi, India ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User") and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or enroll in our courses.

By accessing our website, filling an enrollment form, making a payment, or attending any class (offline or online), you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will comply with all applicable Indian laws while using our services

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance.

To enroll in a Coding Now course, you must:

• Complete the official enrollment/registration form truthfully
• Pay the applicable course fee (full or installment as agreed)
• Meet any prerequisite qualifications specified for the course
• Provide valid ID proof for certification purposes (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or equivalent)

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at our sole discretion, with or without stating a reason.

Course fees are as displayed on the website or communicated by our admissions team. The following terms apply:

• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment can be made via UPI, NEFT/RTGS, debit/credit card, or EMI through our payment partners
• Promotional discounts (e.g., 20% limited-time offers) are valid for the specified period only and cannot be combined
• Installment plans must be honoured on or before the agreed due dates
• Failure to pay installments on time may result in access suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared
• We do not store any card data; all transactions are processed via PCI-DSS certified gateways (e.g., Razorpay)

We maintain a fair and transparent refund policy:

• Within 7 days of enrollment (before batch start): 80% refund of fees paid
• After batch start but within 14 days: 50% refund of total course fee
• After 14 days of batch start: No refund applicable
• Seat booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method

To request a refund, email support@codingnowai.in with your enrollment ID and reason.

We strive to provide consistent, high-quality education. However, please note:

• Class schedules may be adjusted due to instructor availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
• We reserve the right to substitute instructors while maintaining equivalent expertise
• Recorded sessions (where available) are for enrolled students only and must not be shared
• Minimum attendance of 75% is required to be eligible for a completion certificate
• Access to LMS (Learning Management System) resources is valid for the duration of the enrolled course plus 3 months post-completion
• Offline batches will be held at our Delhi NCR centre; location changes will be notified 7 days in advance

All content provided during the course — including but not limited to lecture slides, recorded videos, code exercises, study materials, project templates, and assessments — is the exclusive intellectual property of Coding Now / Innovative AI Solutions.

• You may use course materials solely for your personal learning purposes
• Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any course content is strictly prohibited
• Screen recording of live or recorded sessions without written consent is a violation of these Terms
• Violation may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund and legal action

Projects you build using your own code during the program remain your intellectual property.

We foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Students are expected to:

• Behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times
• Refrain from sharing login credentials with others
• Submit original work — plagiarism in assignments/projects will result in disciplinary action
• Not use Coding Now resources for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical activity
• Comply with classroom and campus rules for offline batches

The Company reserves the right to suspend or expel any student found in breach of this code of conduct, without obligation to issue a refund.

Coding Now provides placement support as part of select course packages. The following conditions apply:

• Placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee employment
• "100% Placement Support" refers to our commitment to assist, not a guarantee of a job offer
• To be eligible for placement drives, students must complete the course with 75%+ attendance and a passing score in the final assessment
• Students must maintain a professional profile (resume, LinkedIn, GitHub) as guided by our placement team
• Sharing false information on your profile or during interviews will result in disqualification from placement support

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Coding Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total course fee paid by you
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or internet failures
• We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, with or without notice, in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Non-payment of course fees per the agreed schedule
• Misconduct, abusive behaviour, or harassment
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Providing fraudulent enrollment information

Upon termination, your access to LMS and all course materials will be revoked immediately. Refunds will be governed by Section 4 above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute:

• Parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days of written notice
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable IT laws shall govern these Terms

Disputes regarding refunds may also be raised via the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
