This is always the first question — most candidates waste it. Here's the formula:
**Structure: Present → Past → Future**
*Present:* What you are now (education/current role)
*Past:* Key experience / project / achievement
*Future:* Why this company/role
**Example answer (Fresher):**
"I'm a B.Tech Computer Science graduate from [college]. During my degree, I built [specific project — e.g., 'a RAG-based chatbot using LangChain and Python that answered questions from uploaded PDFs']. **Key rules:**
